FAQs

I'm interested in working with Robbie one-on-one is that possible?

Yes! Robbie offers six and twelve-month one-on-one coaching packages. These are highly personalized to your needs and the prices reflect that. Book by the end of 2021 and the six-month coaching package is $15,000 and twelve months is $25,000. In 2022, prices will increase to $18,000/$30,000.

I'm not sure I'm ready for a full year of implementing a strategy, can I meet with Robbie to figure out my game plan first?

That makes a lot of sense. Robbie offers a 3-hour Deep Dive session, which would be a great addition to the Wake Up Your Network Program or booked as a stand-alone session. It can be scheduled this year or early 2022, so you jump into the mastermind with a clear strategy in place. If booked by the end of 2021, the fee is $3,000. In 2022, the price will increase to $3,600.

Do I have to do research calls?

If you already have a strong sense of your offer-market fit that will speed up this process, but you still must do the research calls to further refine your audience and offer. If you do not have this figured out yet, you will gain this clarity by doing the research calls.

What does "offer-market fit" mean? It means that you know who you serve and what outcomes they desire from working with you, even if it's still quite a bit messy.

When are the mastermind sessions? One-on-one calls?

We meet once each month for a three-hour mastermind session between February and November 2022. These will be scheduled based on the availability of group members using a Doodle poll. Replays will be made available to members who need to miss a session and you may send in your questions in advance so they may be addressed on that call.

One-on-one coaching calls will be scheduled in January/February and November/December 2022. The exact timing will be based on mutual availability.

How much time will this take each week?

How quickly you move through this process is based on your ability to prioritize taking action. Compared to the time you spend on tactics that haven't been effective, the hours spent on these strategies should lead to results. A minimum of five hours a week to keep moving forward. Some weeks may skew higher to have time for research calls.

When will I begin to see results?

Within the first three months, you should have a strong sense of who your ideal client is and what their problems are. You may even have already begun to work on defining the pilot outcome and structure. Within the first six months, you should have already run the pilot and have a sense of whether or not you should continue to build on this program or do more research. Within the first nine months, you'll either have run two pilots or you'll be running an iterative longer variation of your first pilot. By the end of the first year, you should have a much clearer sense of what comes next.

Is there a guarantee?

There are no money-back guarantees. My promise is that if you do the work, you will stop struggling to find an audience for your offers because you’ll co-create an offer they can’t resist. You’ll be adept at implementing a repeatable process that helps you discover likely prospects from within your existing network who already know, like, and trust you.

This is not a done-for-you service. The success of this program is dependent on YOU doing the work. If you feel you cannot give this your full commitment, then now is not the time for you to sign up. Perhaps a three-hour Deep Dive would be a better place to start?

You will not receive make-up sessions or refunds if you stop doing the work.

With that said, if you have extenuating life circumstances, all you have to do is reach out to me and we'll work out an arrangement that benefits you. These circumstances involve your immediate life and death.

If you hit a struggle point during the program, rest assured that you will receive support and coaching. I'm committed to helping you achieve your goals and deeply believe this program can help you do that.

Is the deposit refundable?

No, it is not. The deposit holds your spot in the program and since there is a maximum capacity for each program this may mean someone else is not able to sign up for this session. Therefore, only commit to the deposit if you are ready to commit to the program. You have two days after the program is announced to make this decision and speak with anyone who might help you make this decision.

Ugh. I just don't want to take another course. What am I really signing up for here?

This is not a course. This is a program to hold you and fellow entrepreneurs accountable and focused while you implement the mindset and strategies from "Small List, Big Results." You will learn from Robbie and other participants, as well as share your own insights to contribute to our learning.

What if I need more help than this?

The program includes two one-on-one calls. Additional private sessions may be booked at the discounted rate of $1,000 per hour. Those are 2021 rates but may be paid for and booked at any time during 2022.

When does the enrollment period end?

Doors close on December 1, 2021, so we can begin the onboarding process. If you do not enroll by December 1, you will have to wait until enrollment opens again in mid-2022.

Can I wait until 2022? I'm not sure I want to spend my money right now.

Yes, that is definitely a possibility. But ask yourself why you are holding yourself back. Are you like the cub who is close to the top of the mountain but you fear you'll keep slipping back? Are you not ready to invite money into your life?

Where do you want to be a year from now? Do you have what you need to get there on your own?

And the big question - now that you know that the problem is bigger than the size of your email list and you have a solution spelled out for you and you know your track record for trying to get things done without the right support - what is the cost of inaction?

When are payments due?

The $750 non-refundable deposit is due on November 16.

If paying in full, the balance of $14,250 is due on December 1.

If paying over ten months, the first payment of $1,725 is due on December 1. You may pay via Podia using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. If paying via check you will receive an invoice with a due date of November 28 so the check will clear my bank by December 1.

Installment payments will be automatically charged via Podia from January - September 2022 on the first of each month. You may use a credit or debit card. Checks not accepted for monthly plan.

Why is the monthly payment option 20% higher?

As a fellow entrepreneur, you can probably imagine the additional costs associated with tracking payments, including reaching out if payments suddenly stop because a card is declined or needs a new expiration date.

To encourage you to pay in full, only a deposit is required immediately and then you have two weeks to figure out how to finance this investment. There are several ways to do this. For example, PayPal offers no-interest loans for six months or you may find a credit card with a low-interest rate.
