When launched strategically, a book becomes more than a business card.
Listen to my conversation on this episode of the Write Publish Market podcast to learn:
• Why your publish date is NOT your launch date
• How a soft launch window builds momentum and drives reviews
• The importance of Amazon reviews vs. chasing bestseller status
• How to identify and invite the right people to your launch team
• Ways to nurture engagement so your book generates conversations and revenue long after launch day
If you are still deciding whether to write a business book, or you have an idea but are not sure how it would lead to clients, speaking, referrals, media, or a pilot offer, the Author ROI Lab may be the better place to start.
This small-group program helps entrepreneurs, speakers, coaches, and consultants decide whether a book is worth writing, what business goal it should support, and how to shape the idea before investing months into the manuscript.

Explore the Author ROI LabHi, I'm Robbie Samuels. As a book launch strategist, I design and implement launches for entrepreneurs that drive conversations, referrals, and revenue, while also securing reviews that strengthen the book's credibility.
I'm not a writing coach or developmental editor. I'm a strategist.
My approach treats your launch as business development wrapped in a review-focused book launch strategy.
As an award-winning author of four books with 900+ Amazon reviews, I know how to build launch momentum. More importantly, I know how to turn that momentum into business opportunities.

If any of that sounds familiar, let's talk.
This is for entrepreneurs whose books are meant to support their businesses, especially speakers, coaches, consultants, and service-based experts.
My book, LAUNCH Your Book! An Entrepreneur's Guide to Reviews That Drive Revenue, will help you think more strategically about launch timing, launch team outreach, review generation, and the path from book to business growth.
Listen to these testimonials to find out!
“I spoke to several people who specialize in book launches, and I chose Robbie because I connected with his philosophy and appreciated the process he offers. Robbie’s step-by-step approach was incredibly valuable. Most of all, it gave me a clear understanding of the big picture—what we wanted to accomplish—and then broke everything down into manageable details.” -Lois Creamer, author of "Book More Business: Make MORE Money Speaking"
Lois hired me and my VA to manage her book launch. By her launch date, her book had received 131 written Amazon reviews. A month later, it had 139 reviews, and new reviews continued to be submitted. She used the book launch party to add new members to her community and spread the word to the National Speakers Association and Canadian Association of Professional Speakers chapters, many of whom purchased bulk orders of her new book for their Speaker Academy.
Stacey's book received 63 reviews by launch day!
"Robbie is amazing—not only as a host of anything on Zoom but also as someone who knows books inside and out when it comes to launching and preparing for a launch. Robbie had everything under control and brought me along in the process step by step, holding my hand the entire way." - Stacey Larsen, author of "Reframing The Leadership Dance: The Secret to FindingYour Rhythm as a People Leader"
“I could not believe how many Amazon reviews I’ve received! Self-publishing is incredibly challenging, as you know. The process of self-publishing is one thing, but launching my book? I had no idea how I was going to do it.
Working with you, Robbie, has been an incredible experience. You’ve helped me become strategic about every stage—my pre-launch, my launch, and now my post-launch." - Prina Shah, author of "Make Work Meaningful: How to Create a Culture That Leaves a Legacy"
Your Launch Is Supported by a Larger Author Ecosystem
Book Launch Concierge clients benefit from more than my launch strategy. Through Biz Book Pub Hub, the author resource ecosystem I founded, I stay connected to entrepreneurial authors, publishing professionals, and book marketing opportunities.
The Hub includes a podcast, expert directory, networking events, and Kindle Flash Sale campaigns that authors can join after their launch to maintain momentum and broaden their reach.
That ecosystem gives clients access to a broader network of resources, examples, experts, and opportunities as they turn their books into business development tools.
Managed launch strategy and implementation, without the virtual launch party.
The complete launch experience: strategy, implementation, review tracking, launch inbox management, and a produced and emceed virtual launch party.
Ask about these add-ons.
Six months of coaching to align the book with your business.

Three months of coaching to turn launch into opportunities.
The complete relationship-based launch experience.
This is the best fit if you want the review strategy, launch operations, and live visibility moment handled in one coordinated process.
Most authors do not need more launch advice. They need a clear strategy, a working system, and someone experienced enough to keep the launch moving.
Book Launch Concierge + Virtual Launch Party is for authors who want a relationship-based launch without personally managing every email, spreadsheet, reminder, review, reply, and event detail. You bring the network. My team and I bring the strategy, structure, launch systems, hands-on management, and live event design to help your book generate reviews, credibility, visibility, and business conversations.
A strategic book launch creates a lot of moving parts. Over the course of the engagement, my team and I typically spend 5-7 hours per week managing each client's launch sequence.
That means 40-50+ hours of launch management you do not have to carry yourself, including inbox triage, personalized email outreach, spreadsheet tracking, form management, review monitoring, reminder sequences, launch team communication, Amazon review troubleshooting, and knowing what needs your attention versus what can be handled for you.
When you hire me for a launch, you are not hiring a solo consultant who gives advice and leaves you to implement. I lead the strategy, messaging, timeline, and launch decisions, while my team supports the behind-the-scenes systems that keep the campaign organized and moving. That combination gives you the benefit of high-touch strategic guidance and reliable launch operations without having to manage the details yourself.
A successful book launch creates a lot of communication. That is a good thing, but it can quickly become overwhelming.
As part of the Book Launch Concierge package, you set up a dedicated launch inbox tied to your name so launch messages are received as personal messages from you, while keeping your day-to-day inbox from being overwhelmed.
My team and I use that inbox to send personalized outreach, manage replies, answer launch questions, track responses, and keep the campaign moving. I personally oversee the messaging strategy and step in when a response requires strategic judgment.
When something needs your personal attention, we forward it to your regular inbox with a clear note about whether you need to respond or whether it is simply an FYI.
A relationship-based book launch is not something I can simply "fit in." Once your first invite email goes out, the campaign moves in sequence, including personalized outreach, launch inbox management, review tracking, reminders, and follow-up.
To protect the quality of the work, I limit my calendar to two new launch clients per month.
If your timeline requires starting when those two spots are already reserved, a priority launch slot may be available for an additional $2,500. This covers the added team capacity required to support a third high-touch launch without reducing the attention each author receives.
A virtual launch party gives your network a reason to gather around your message. This is not just a celebration. It is a visibility and business development moment designed to highlight your expertise, thank your launch team, and guide participants toward your next offer.
You get to be the guest of honor. I design, produce, and emcee the experience.
For many clients, one new speaking engagement, consulting project, or client conversation can cover the investment.
This engagement covers your launch specifically. Ongoing marketing or business development support after the 8-week launch engagement is available separately through the Post-Launch Revenue Accelerator or my longer coaching packages.
A relationship-based launch that builds Amazon reviews, activates your network, and creates a pipeline to your next offer.
Book Launch Concierge includes the strategy, systems, launch inbox management, ARC distribution, mail merges, forms, spreadsheets, review tracking, Amazon review troubleshooting, dashboard, and post-launch opportunity map.
You still receive the same hands-on launch management designed to remove 40-50 hours from your plate and help your book generate reviews, credibility, and business development conversations.
This package does not include:
Most clients choose Book Launch Concierge + Virtual Launch Party because the event turns the review campaign into a live authority-building and business development moment.

Turn launch momentum into a pilot offer, speaking engagements, media opportunities, or all three.
A strong launch creates attention. The next step is turning that attention into conversations, offers, speaking opportunities, or media visibility.
Most clients come into this package wanting one of two things: to pilot a new offer connected to their book, or to pursue speaking and media opportunities the book opens the door to.
This is a lighter-touch companion to my longer coaching packages. If you want more intensive support, ask about my 3- and 6-month business development coaching options.
