Melissa is also a Wall Street Journal bestselling author, writing award-winning networking guidebooks that were licensed by Motorola and Yale through its graduate school of business. In 2000, Melissa founded Networlding Publishing. Over the next decade, she helped build leadership networks with a wide variety of prestigious companies, including Cisco, Hewitt, Office Depot, American Express, and Motorola.
Through her company, Networlding Publishing, Melissa has coached and strategized with over 175 thought leaders so far, guiding them through every stage of writing and launching their first books. She has also built a thought leader podcast with a partner at Heidrick and Struggles to help propel her authors to new heights of success through successful networking.
